Come join us to learn from experts in the field about new techniques in compassion and self-care, as Pam Black and Peggy Schofield roll out this pilot project for our CASA program to become a trauma-informed workplace where each volunteer advocate is equipped to deal with stress and secondary trauma

About the event
Attached is a summary of their training, along with a preliminary survey we’d like you to complete by April 1, 2026. All survey responses will remain confidential.
The survey takes about six minutes to complete and can be filled out on either a computer or phone.
Once all responses are in, Pam and Peggy will compile and summarize the results, which we’ll discuss together during the presentation.
We’re very excited about this opportunity! Pam and Peggy have conducted training and consulting nationwide, and we’re fortunate to receive this pilot program free of charge. Let’s make the most of this chance to grow together as an organization.
