As a Volunteer Recruiter, you will be instrumental in expanding our volunteer base, ensuring that more children receive the critical support they need. Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator position at CASA of Marathon County plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's mission to advocate for abused and neglected children within the court system. This position involves assisting with recruiting, training, and supervising volunteer advocates, ensuring they are well-prepared to represent the best interests of the children they serve. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining regular communication with volunteers, offering guidance and support, and facilitating ongoing training and development opportunities. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with the judicial system and other child welfare stakeholders to monitor case progress and outcomes. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as the Volunteer Coordinator/Supervisor must effectively manage a diverse group of volunteers while advocating for vulnerable children in the community.
